Conference Registration

The registration website for CMSB 2015 is available online.

NB: Please note that, once you have filled and recorded your registration, the process needs a validation from our staff to continue. As this is a manual action, you will not receive immediately the next instructions to pay. As soon as your registration has been validated, you will receive by mail the instructions to finalize the payment. Thank you in advance for your kind understanding! 

CMSB 2015 - Registration fees

All prices given below are in EU euro (€):

To be published in the CMSB conference proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full rate before June 20th. Registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid prior to uploading the publication-ready version of the paper. Conference registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received.

For authors with multiple accepted papers, each registered author can present up to two papers in the Conference.

Registrations after the ‘full and late registration’ periods will be be treated on a first come, first served basis.

A registration fee includes a volume of the CMSB conference proceedings, participation in sessions and conference material, welcome reception, morning and afternoon break refreshments (six breaks) and two lunches. A student registration fee includes the same items. Registration fees do not include transportation expenses or hotel accommodations.
A separate fee (45 €) applies for Gala dinner.

Attendance at the workshops is free, but registration is madatory.

There is no refund in case of cancellation of participation.
